Change your phone number or email address safely
If you change your phone number or email, update your account settings immediately. Until you update bikhoki with your new contact information, login verification codes will be sent to your old number or address, and you will be locked out.
Biometric login on mobile devices
If you are using the bikhoki app on iOS or Android, you can optionally enable biometric login using your fingerprint or face recognition. This is an added convenience layer that sits on top of your password and 2FA setup.

Biometric login is convenient but optional. If you prefer password-only login for privacy reasons, you can leave biometric login disabled. Both approaches are secure.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. We send a reset link to your email or an SMS code to your phone. Follow the link or enter the code to set a new password. The reset link is valid for 24 hours.

Verification codes are sent to your email or phone immediately. If you do not receive it, check your email spam folder or wait a few seconds and request a new code. If you consistently do not receive SMS codes, your carrier may be blocking them—contact your mobile provider.

After five failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for subject to verification as a security measure. This prevents automated attacks. Wait subject to verification and try again. If your account remains locked, contact our support team.
